Polo Cherrapunjee Resort, Cherrapunji

My time at Polo Orchid Hotel was a blend of highs and lows. While I encountered issues with my initial room, the eventual upgrade made a significant difference. The staff, particularly at the restaurant and spa, provided standout service, restoring my faith in the hotel. However, the welcoming experience was less than stellar, and the room conditions need improvement to match the price point.

My stay at this resort was absolutely delightful, surrounded by stunning views and exceptional hospitality. The spacious rooms offered breathtaking views of the valley, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Dining was a highlight, with the chef preparing fantastic meals. However, I wish there were more options for activities around the property. Overall, it's a perfect getaway for relaxation and recreation.
